Software Download Terms

Version 1.0 · Effective August 21, 2026

Please read this before downloading. The software is free and provided with no warranty of any kind. You run it entirely at your own risk, we accept no liability for anything that results, and Section 22 contains an arbitration agreement and a class-action waiver that affect how disputes between us are resolved.

These Software Download Terms (“Terms”) govern your download and use of any software, script, binary, installer, configuration file, or source archive made available at krypt.cc/tools (each, a “Tool”). They are entered into between you and Mimosa Solutions, the operator of krypt.cc (“Mimosa Solutions”, “Krypt”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By clicking “I agree & download”, by downloading a Tool, or by installing or running a Tool, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not download or run the Tool.

1.Acceptance and Scope

Each Tool is offered free of charge. No fee is paid, no account is required, and no contract for sale, service, support, or maintenance is created by your download. These Terms apply to every Tool you obtain from us, whether you download it from krypt.cc, a content-delivery domain we operate (such as cdn.krypt.cc), a short link we publish, or a mirror or repository we link to.

These Terms supplement — and do not replace — our Terms of Service. Where a conflict exists on a subject specific to downloadable software, these Terms control. Because a download does not require an account, these Terms may be the only agreement between us; the provisions of our Terms of Service referred to below are incorporated here so that they apply to you whether or not you hold a Krypt account.

We record that you accepted these Terms — which version, and when — when you click through the download confirmation. See Section 12 and our Privacy Policy.

2.Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to download a Tool. If you are under the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction (typically 18), you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf and accepts responsibility for your use of the Tool.

You must also have authority to install software on the device you install it on. Do not install a Tool on a device, network, or account you do not own or administer without the owner’s permission — including school, employer, library, or shared machines. If you install a Tool on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.

3.Licence

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to download, install, and run the Tool for your own lawful use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Nothing here transfers ownership of any Tool or of any intellectual property in it.

Where a Tool ships with its own licence — an MIT, GPL, Apache, or other open-source licence file in its repository or archive — that licence governs the software itself, including your rights to copy, modify, and redistribute it, and it prevails over this Section 3. These Terms still govern your download from us and the disclaimers, releases, and liability limits in Sections 6 through 21.

Unless a Tool’s own licence permits it, you may not: resell a Tool or charge for access to it; repackage or rebrand it as your own; bundle it with adware, malware, installers, or other unwanted software; remove or alter any copyright, licence, or attribution notice; or distribute a modified copy in a way that suggests we authored, endorsed, or support it.

4.What We Do Not Publish

We do not knowingly publish, and these Terms do not authorise the use of, software whose purpose is to: circumvent technological protection measures, digital rights management, licensing checks, or anti-cheat systems; steal credentials, payment details, or session tokens; disrupt or overload a service (including denial-of-service or “stresser” tooling); operate as spyware, a keylogger, ransomware, or a remote-access trojan; or gain unauthorised access to any system, account, or network.

If you believe something in the catalogue falls into any of those categories, or has been tampered with, report it to [email protected] and we will investigate. Publishing a Tool is not a representation that it is lawful, or permitted by a third party, in your particular jurisdiction or circumstances — that assessment is yours to make under Sections 8 and 9.

5.Verify Before You Run

You are responsible for verifying a Tool before you run it. We strongly recommend that you scan every download with reputable anti-virus software, review the source code where it is published, check any checksum or signature we publish alongside the file, and run unfamiliar software in a sandbox or virtual machine first.

Files may be altered in transit, mirrored without our knowledge, re-uploaded by third parties, or impersonated on sites we do not control. Only downloads served from krypt.cc and the domains we operate are ours; we take no responsibility for any copy obtained elsewhere, however it is labelled. Where a Tool is unsigned, your operating system may warn you before it runs — that warning is expected for independent software and is not a statement by us that the file is safe.

Anti-virus products and browser reputation services sometimes flag legitimate utilities, particularly optimisers, automation tools, and anything that injects input or edits system settings. A warning is not proof of malice, and its absence is not proof of safety. Either way, the decision to run the software is yours.

6.No Warranty

Each Tool is provided “as is” and “as available”, with all faults and defects, without warranty or condition of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, accuracy, and non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing, usage, or trade practice.

We do not warrant that a Tool will meet your requirements, operate without interruption or error, be compatible with your hardware, operating system, or other software, be secure, be free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any defect will be corrected. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from us or through the Service creates any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms. You download and run each Tool entirely at your own risk.

7.Your Responsibility for Your System

Some Tools change system settings, edit the registry, alter services or scheduled tasks, modify network, driver, or power configuration, request administrator or root privileges, or otherwise make changes that are difficult to reverse. Before running any such Tool you should back up your data and create a system restore point or snapshot.

You are solely responsible for any consequence of running a Tool, including data loss or corruption, system instability, boot failure, hardware damage, overheating or damage from overclocking or power-configuration changes, lost work, downtime, cost of repair or reinstallation, voided hardware warranties, and any effect on other software on the device.

8.Lawful Use and Third-Party Terms

You may use a Tool only for lawful purposes, and only in a manner permitted by the terms of every third-party service, game, platform, or network it touches. You are responsible for knowing and following those terms, and for any licence or permission a third party requires.

Automation, macro, input, optimisation, and scripting utilities may breach the rules of a game, storefront, exchange, marketplace, or online service, and may be detected by anti-cheat or fraud-prevention systems. Using a Tool can result in warnings, suspension, permanent bans, forfeited accounts, forfeited balances, or loss of purchased content on those third-party services. That risk is yours alone. We do not represent that any Tool is permitted by, undetectable by, or compatible with any third-party service, and we are not liable for any action a third party takes against you or your accounts.

9.Prohibited Uses

You must not use any Tool, or anything derived from it, to:

  • access, or attempt to access, any computer, account, network, or data without authorisation, or exceed the authorisation you have been given;
  • circumvent, disable, or interfere with any technological protection measure, digital rights management, licence check, rate limit, security control, or anti-cheat system;
  • disrupt, degrade, or overload any service, network, or infrastructure, including through denial-of-service traffic or abusive request volumes;
  • gain an unfair advantage in an online game or competition in breach of that game’s rules, or to facilitate cheating, account selling, or boosting;
  • collect, scrape, or process personal data in breach of applicable data-protection law, or harvest credentials or personal information belonging to anyone else;
  • manipulate a market, place orders you do not intend to execute, or engage in any conduct prohibited by a trading venue or by securities, commodities, or gambling regulation;
  • infringe anyone’s intellectual property, or to create, distribute, or conceal malware, spam, phishing, fraud, harassment, or unlawful content;
  • do anything else prohibited by our Terms of Service or by any law that applies to you.

You are responsible for determining whether your intended use is lawful where you are. Computer-misuse, anti-circumvention, and automated-access laws vary significantly by country, and conduct that is permitted in one jurisdiction may be a civil wrong or a criminal offence in another.

10.Trading, Financial, and Automated-Decision Tools

Some Tools interact with trading platforms, prediction or event-contract markets, exchanges, or other financial services. These are published for educational and personal experimentation purposes only.

Nothing we publish is financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice, and nothing we publish is a recommendation to enter into any transaction. We are not a broker, dealer, exchange, futures commission merchant, commodity trading advisor, investment adviser, or fiduciary; we are not registered with any financial regulator; and no advisory, brokerage, or fiduciary relationship is created by your use of a Tool. Any Tool is a general-purpose utility made available to the public at large and is not tailored to your circumstances, portfolio, or objectives.

Automated trading carries a substantial risk of loss, including the total loss of your capital, and can lose money faster than manual trading through software bugs, network failures, exchange outages, stale or incorrect market data, latency, misconfiguration, or unexpected market conditions. Past performance, backtests, screenshots, and examples are hypothetical, do not account for all real-world costs and conditions, and do not indicate future results. We make no representation that any Tool is or will be profitable.

You are solely responsible for the configuration, funding, supervision, and consequences of any automated activity you run; for complying with the rules of the venue you connect to and with the law of your jurisdiction, including any licensing, registration, reporting, or tax obligation; and for confirming that automated access is permitted by that venue at all. Never supply a Tool with API keys or credentials carrying more permission than it needs, and never run one with funds you cannot afford to lose.

11.Credentials, Keys, and How the Tools Handle Data

Where a Tool asks for API keys, tokens, passwords, wallet keys, or other credentials, those are entered by you on your own device and are your responsibility to protect. Unless a Tool’s own documentation expressly says otherwise, Tools run locally and are not operated, monitored, or hosted by us, and we do not receive the credentials you enter, the accounts you connect, or the data a Tool processes.

Where we describe a Tool as having “no telemetry”, we mean that we do not collect usage data, analytics, or personal information from the software itself. A Tool may still connect to a third party at your direction — a game, an exchange, an update server, an API you configure — and any data sent in that connection is governed by that third party’s terms and privacy policy, not ours. If you use a Tool to process other people’s personal data, you are the controller of that data and responsible for the lawful basis, notices, and security it requires.

12.What We Record When You Download

Downloads do not require an account and are not tied to your identity. In connection with this catalogue we keep aggregate download and page-view counts, and, when you click through the download confirmation, a record that these Terms were accepted — the tool, the version of these Terms, the time, your country, your browser user-agent, and a one-way salted hash of your IP address. We store that record to be able to show that acceptance took place if it is ever disputed, and we do not store your raw IP address for this purpose.

Your browser also stores your acceptance locally so you are not asked again for the same Tool. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

13.Third-Party Names and Trademarks

Product, service, game, platform, and company names referred to in this catalogue are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe what a Tool is compatible with or intended to work alongside. Their use does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, endorsement by, or approval from those owners, and no Tool is an official product of any third party unless we expressly say so.

If you own a mark you believe is being used improperly here, contact [email protected] and we will review it promptly.

14.Open-Source and Third-Party Components

A Tool may include or depend on third-party and open-source components licensed under their own terms. Those terms govern those components, and where a licence requires it, the relevant notices, attributions, and source code are included in the Tool’s archive or linked repository. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under such a licence, and where a conflict exists, that licence prevails to the extent of the conflict.

We give no warranty of any kind in respect of third-party components, and their authors give none to you through us.

15.No Support, No Updates, No Guarantee of Availability

Tools are published as-is, when we happen to build them, and some are experimental, unfinished, or clearly labelled as beta. We are under no obligation to provide support, documentation, bug fixes, security patches, compatibility updates, or continued availability, and a Tool may be abandoned, superseded, or removed at any time without notice. Any help we do give is a courtesy and creates no obligation or liability.

We may modify, re-version, restrict, or withdraw any Tool at our discretion, including where we believe it is unsafe, misused, or the subject of a legitimate legal complaint. A Tool may stop working at any time because a third party it depends on changes, and we owe you nothing if it does.

16.Assumption of Risk and Release

You knowingly and voluntarily assume all risk arising from downloading, installing, and running any Tool. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you release and forever dischargeMimosa Solutions, its operators, affiliates, contributors, licensors, and service providers from any claim, demand, or cause of action, known or unknown, arising out of or relating to your download or use of a Tool.

If you are a resident of a jurisdiction whose law limits a general release of unknown claims, you waive the benefit of that limitation to the fullest extent permitted, and nothing in this Section releases any liability that cannot lawfully be released (see Section 20).

17.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mimosa Solutions and its operators, affiliates, contributors, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, accounts, virtual items, digital assets, or funds, arising out of or relating to any Tool or these Terms, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, product liability, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Because the Tools are supplied free of charge, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims relating to the Tools shall not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).

These limits apply even if a limited remedy is found to have failed of its essential purpose, and they reflect a reasonable allocation of risk for software that is given away without charge. They are subject to Section 20.

18.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mimosa Solutions, its operators, affiliates, contributors, and licensors from and against any claim, demand, damage, liability, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your download or use of a Tool, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any third-party terms or applicable law, or any content or activity you generate with a Tool. We may assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, at your expense, and you agree to cooperate with that defence.

19.Termination

The licence in Section 3 terminates automatically if you breach these Terms, and we may terminate or suspend your access to the catalogue at any time. On termination you must stop using and delete any affected Tool, except where a Tool’s own open-source licence independently grants you continuing rights. Sections 6 through 22 survive termination.

20.Consumer Rights and Mandatory Law

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain damages, or the general release of unknown claims. In those jurisdictions the disclaimers, releases, and limits above apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the rest of these Terms remain in force.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If you are a consumer, these Terms do not affect your mandatory statutory rights under the law of your country of residence, and nothing here requires you to bring proceedings anywhere you cannot lawfully be required to.

21.Export Controls and Sanctions

You may not download, use, export, or re-export a Tool in violation of any applicable export-control or sanctions law. You represent that you are not located in, and are not a national of or ordinarily resident in, a country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions, and that you are not on any restricted-party list.

22.Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, and Class-Action Waiver

Please read this Section carefully — it affects your legal rights.

Before starting any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the matter informally for at least 30 days.

If that fails, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or to any Tool is subject to the dispute-resolution, binding-arbitration, and class-action-waiver provisions of our Terms of Service, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and apply to you whether or not you hold a Krypt account. That means disputes are resolved by individual arbitration rather than in court, and that you and we each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class or representative action, except where that waiver is unenforceable under the law that applies to you (see Section 20).

23.Feedback

If you send us feedback, bug reports, feature ideas, or patches, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use them without restriction or compensation. You are not obliged to send us anything, and we are not obliged to act on what you send. Do not send us anything you consider confidential or that you are not free to share.

24.Reporting a Problem

If you believe a Tool contains malware, infringes your intellectual property, or otherwise breaches the law, contact us at [email protected] with the tool name, the URL, and enough detail to identify the issue. We investigate reports in good faith and may remove a Tool while we do. Copyright complaints are handled under the DMCA process in our Terms of Service.

If you find a security vulnerability in a Tool, please report it to the same address rather than disclosing it publicly, and give us a reasonable opportunity to respond. We will not pursue good-faith security research that is limited to your own systems and copies, does not access other people’s data, and does not disrupt the Service.

25.Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The version and effective date at the top of this page identify the current text, and the version in force when you download a Tool is the one that applies to that download. Material changes reset the download confirmation so you are asked to accept the new text. Continuing to download Tools after a change means you accept it.

26.Governing Law and General

These Terms are governed by, and the governing-law, severability, assignment, and general provisions of, our Terms of Service apply to them, which are incorporated here by reference. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in force and the unenforceable provision is limited to the minimum extent necessary. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the documents referred to in them, are the entire agreement between us in respect of the Tools.
